Lead teacher

We're seeking a highly effective lead teacher to spearhead a dynamic and supportive learning environment for our children. Key responsibilities will include crafting engaging lesson plans, overseeing student care, and maintaining close relationships with parents.

Key duties will encompass assessing children's developmental growth, ensuring compliance with all relevant state laws and regulations, and overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the classroom.

Must be able to pass a background check including BCI/FBI fingerprinting.

Must have a high school diploma or GED.

While not essential, a CDA or Associate degree would be highly regarded, as would valid CPR and First Aid certification.
