Position Title: Trust Portfolio ManagerReports To: Wealth ManagerGeneral Purpose: Manage and oversee client investment portfolios in accordance with each client’s Investment Policy Statement, trust purpose, account objectives, and applicable fiduciary standards. Prepare and present investment recommendations to the Investment Committee and participate in client and prospect meetings.Responsibilities:
  • Retain and manage a book of business consisting primarily of investment management accounts.
  • Manage client investment portfolios based on each client’s Investment Policy Statement and in a manner consistent with the purpose of the trust and/or account objectives.
  • Manage client relationships by providing a high level of service, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.
  • Create and deliver investment presentations, portfolio reviews, and related materials for clients and prospects.
  • Analyze, monitor, and rebalance client portfolios on an ongoing basis to support client objectives, risk tolerance, and investment guidelines.
  • Communicate proactively with clients regarding portfolio strategy, market conditions, and account activity.
  • Perform investment analysis and due diligence, evaluate current investment strategies, develop new strategies, and make recommendations to the Investment Committee.
  • Maintain current knowledge of economic conditions, market trends, investment products, and portfolio management strategies.
  • Participate in business development efforts for new investment accounts, both independently and in collaboration with other Trust Services staff.
  • Prepare and provide investment reports, research, and related materials to Trust Services employees.
  • Ensure portfolio management activities are conducted in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, fiduciary responsibilities, and regulatory requirements.
QualificationsEducation/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Financial Analyst, or other relevant investment designation preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of investment management, portfolio management, trust, or related financial services experience.

  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain investment concepts clearly to clients and colleagues.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to client confidentiality.
