Responsibilities
Provide high-quality ICU nursing care to critically ill patients on site.
Monitor patient condition, document vitals, and respond to changes promptly.
Administer medications, IVs, and advanced life support as protocols dictate.
Demonstrate accountability by meeting individual targets and contributing to team metrics.
Maintain strict infection control and patient safety standards on the floor.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Document care accurately in electronic health records for audit readiness.
Engage in continuous professional development and pursue relevant certifications.
Lead or participate in daily huddles to align on patient care plans.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance care efficiency.
Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions.
Experience/Qualifications
Registered Nurse with current ICU/critical care license and certifications.
Minimum 2-3 years ICU experience with advanced life support skills.
Proficiency in ICU procedures, ventilator management, and vasoactive infusions.
Accurate documentation in electronic health records and audit readiness.
Strong infection control adherence and patient safety focus.
Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and obtain further certifications.
Ability to lead or participate in daily huddles and care planning.
Demonstrated track record of meeting performance targets and patient outcomes.
Strong communication skills for patient/family education and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Process improvement mindset with experience identifying efficiency opportunities.
