Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Responsibilities:

Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of New York

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

  • Prior experience in a healthcare leadership role

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
