Teacher's Assistant

Teacher's Assistant positions are very important to support the children, teachers and the school as a whole.

Your role as a teacher's assistant you will:

• Provide coverage and support across the entire school.
• Maintain required ratios and follow all rules for safety.
• Assist with breaks, transitions, and facility monitoring.
• Co-Teach as needed

Teacher's Assistants are required to:

• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Be in good physical and mental health
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be able to pass state and federal background checks
• Have reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Participate in continuing education

It is nice for our Teacher's Assistant to have:

• Experience working in licensed child care
• Experience working in a fast paced environment
• Have CPR and First Aid Training
