$65,000+ DOE plus bonus
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with loan officers to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients throughout the loan process.
- Assist in gathering and organizing necessary documentation from clients to expedite loan approvals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our loan management system, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide timely updates to clients on the status of their loan applications, fostering trust and transparency.
- Support loan officers in preparing and reviewing loan applications to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with underwriters and other team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies in loan files.
- Facilitate the scheduling of client meetings and follow-ups, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for the team.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on qualifying and pre-approval procedures.
- The ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is preferred but not required, enhancing client interactions and support.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and coordinate schedules effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to drive brand visibility and client engagement.
- Proficiency in using mortgage software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and team members alike.
