This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning industrial painting and building a long-term career in manufacturing.You will assist with wet paint and powder coating operations, including preparing and handling parts, masking, cleaning, and supporting painters throughout the production process.What You'll DoPrepare and clean metal parts before paintingApply masking and tape as neededHang, move, and organize parts for productionAssist painters with wet paint and powder coatingClean paint guns and other equipmentMaintain clean and organized work areasHelp with material handling and production tasksFollow production schedules and instructionsFollow all safety procedures and wear required PPEWhat We're Looking ForPositive attitude and willingness to learnDependable with good attendanceStrong attention to detailAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPrevious manufacturing or painting experience is a plus, but not requiredBilingual in English and Spanish preferredPhysical RequirementsStand for extended periods of timeLift and move materials throughout the workdayBend, kneel, push, and pull as neededWork safely around paint equipment, machinery, and production areasWork EnvironmentThis position is performed inside an industrial manufacturing and paint facility. Employees may be exposed to paint fumes, dust, noise, heat, and production equipment.
