Location: Hartford, CT Hybrid
Contract: Long-term contract
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM EST, 40 hours/week
Interview: In-person interviews required
Local Requirement: Must be within a 2-hour drive of Hartford, CT, preferably within 1 hour
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer / Full Stack Developer to support enterprise applications and participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, particularly with Apex, Object-Oriented Programming, Salesforce design patterns, Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL, and integrations. The candidate will work on both existing Salesforce applications and new application development initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce applications.
Develop solutions using Apex and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Build and maintain Lightning Pages and Visualforce Pages.
Work with SOQL, CRUD operations, configuration, and Salesforce development.
Apply appropriate Salesforce and software design patterns.
Analyze requirements and develop technical solutions.
Support application integration and end-to-end web development.
Participate in requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Work independently from requirements through implementation.
Collaborate with development and business teams.
Mentor junior/less-experienced developers as needed.
10+ years of overall IT/development experience.
5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong Salesforce Apex development experience.
Strong understanding of OOP and design patterns.
Salesforce Lightning and Visualforce.
SOQL and CRUD.
SQL.
C# / .NET OOP.
SOA and web services.
JavaScript.
End-to-end web development.
Agile development methodology.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
JavaScript frameworks.
Enterprise application development.
Application integration experience.
Experience working with complex, mission-critical systems.
In-person first and second-round interviews are mandatory.
Candidate must live within a 2-hour drive of Hartford, CT, preferably within 1 hour.
Must be able to work hybrid, approximately 1 day per week or 2 days every 2 weeks.
Must be available for onsite requirements as requested.
H-1B candidates must have an approved I-140.
