Childcare Teacher Aide

Kids Encounter in Streetsboro, OH is looking for one childcare staff member to join our family-oriented team! We are located at 9267 State Route 43. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents.
• Help facilitate activities that are fun and educational for the children.
• Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child.
• Manage day-to-day classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, bathroom breaks, lunchtime, and rest time for students.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to Pass a Background Check
• Must be able to work from 12 p.m.- 6 p.m., Monday- Friday
