Bilingual Sales Producer

At The Rammy Ahmad Insurance, we are seeking a Bilingual Sales Producer to join our growing team.We are looking for a passionate, self-driven sales professional who is motivated to make a meaningful difference in peoples lives. The ideal candidate is energetic, goal-oriented, and eager to maximize earning potential through competitive commissions.

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will:

• Pursue and respond to requests from prospects and current clients
• Identify coverage needs for individuals, families, and businesses
• Provide consultative recommendations tailored to each client
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

You will be trained to serve as a trusted advisorevaluating client needs and recommending the most appropriate insurance solutions. Our full-time Bilingual Sales Specialists earn $55,000+ annually, with strong opportunities for growth and advancement.

• Review clients coverage to ensure policies continue to meet their evolving needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to provide an exceptional client experience and support overall agency goals.
• Process policy changes, updates, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, including financial products, during every client interaction.
• Prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, and networking.
• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.

• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Polish preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance License, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
• Previous customer service experience required; insurance industry experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented, with a strong desire to build long-term client relationships and grow professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to help clients.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
