About the Role:
Somerset Learning Center is looking for a motivated and organized Secretary/Office Assistant to join our team in Raritan, NJ! This is a great opportunity to play a key support role in a dynamic learning environment where your administrative skills will make a real difference every day,
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
- Assist Director with maintaining student schedule, billing, and invoicing
- Organize and maintain office documents, files, and records
- Perform general office operations such as copying, scanning, filing
- Bachelor Degree or higher
- Prior experience in an administrative, secretarial, or office assistant role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor
- Conveniently located to our Raritan, NJ office
