Rutherfordton, NC | Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role:
Personnel Services Unlimited is hiring a Weekend Shift Lead for a warehouse client in Rutherfordton, NC. This role oversees the weekend packing team, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met throughout the shift.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and support Packing Associates throughout the shift
  • Monitor productivity and ensure quality/packing standards are met
  • Train new team members on packing procedures and safety guidelines
  • Communicate with warehouse management regarding shift performance and issues
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Assist with packing duties as needed to support the team
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous warehouse or packing experience required
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must pass a satisfactory criminal background check as a condition of employment; candidates are evaluated individually and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws
