Licensed Esthetician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our medical spa team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality skincare services while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Skincare & Treatment Services

• Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and customized skin treatments.
• Assess clients’ skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products.
• Maintain accurate client treatment records and progress notes.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and skincare routines.
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and tools are sanitized and maintained according to health regulations.

Client Service & Front Desk Duties

• Greet clients in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival.
• Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate scheduling.
• Assist with retail skincare product recommendations and sales.
• Address client questions or concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Operational Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas.
• Follow all medical spa protocols, safety procedures, and state licensing regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels for treatment supplies and retail products.
• Support team members and assist with daily spa operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Active Esthetician License in good standing.
• Electrologist License (not required but a plus)
• Certification or training in laser hair removal preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience performing facials, chemical peels, and advanced skincare treatments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask between treatment services and front desk responsibilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling or POS systems preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a medical spa or dermatology practice.
• Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products.
• Sales experience with skincare or retail products.
