Won't you come and join us?Job duties include but are not limited to:Installing removing and maintaining various types of industrial insulation (hot, cold, acoustic, and fireproofing).Erecting, modifying, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolding systems in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards.Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and work specifications.Ensuring proper material handling, measurements, and installation techniques.Inspecting scaffolding and insulation work for compliance and safety.Identifying job hazards and actively participate in safety meetings and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.Working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions.Coordinating with supervisors, engineers, and other trades as needed.Mentoring apprentices or less experienced crew members when required. Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience as an Insulation and/or Scaffolding JourneymanStrong knowledge of industrial insulation materials and scaffolding systemsFamiliarity with OSHA regulations and site safety requirementsAbility to pass site-specific safety training and certificationsPhysically capable of lifting heavy materials and working at heightsStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detailAbility to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Certifications (or ability to obtain)Journeyman certification (Insulation and/or Scaffolding)OSHA 10 or OSHA 30Scaffold User / Builder certificationTWIC card (if applicable)Confined Space and Fall Protection trainingWork EnvironmentIndustrial and commercial job sitesExposure to dust, heat, cold, and elevated work areasUse of PPE required at all times Hourly Rate: $25.00-$35.00 per hour DOE.Benefits and Perks:Great Company Benefits starting 1st of the Month after 60 days of eligible employment.Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription InsuranceHSALife InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401K with company Match PTOMust be willing and able to pass an initial and periodic drug screens and a background check upon hire.
