Position: Insurance Producer (Full-Time)

Location: Tracy, CA

Schedule: Monday – Friday (No weekends!)

Compensation Benefits

• Base Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 + Commission

• Unlimited earning potential with commission structure

• We cover your initial licensing costs

• Ongoing training and mentorship

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships

• Quote and sell insurance policies (auto, home, life, business)

• Educate clients on coverage options and risk management

• Follow up with leads and close sales

• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills

• Sales experience is a plus (not required)

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Willingness to obtain insurance license (we pay for it)

• People who are competitive and money-motivated

• Strong communicators who are not afraid to talk to people

• Self-starters who don’t need to be micromanaged
