This positions offeres a gurenteed base salary (based on experiance, no less than $3100 a month) With commissions could be as high as $7000-$8000 a month

Engage with prospective clients to understand their lifestyle, assets, and unique insurance needs.

Design comprehensive protection plans that offer true peace of mind for families and individuals.

Manage an active pipeline, following up on leads with a genuine interest in helping others.

Collaborate with our carriers to secure competitive quotes and resolve underwriting questions.

Review existing policies with current clients to ensure their coverage evolves alongside their life changes.

Maintain accurate client records within our agency management system to ensure seamless service.

Active Pennsylvania Property Casualty Insurance License.

One or more years of hands-on experience in personal lines insurance sales is prefered.

Solid understanding of policy coverages, carrier guidelines, and state regulations.

Strong comfort level using agency management systems and carrier rating software.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience with comparative rating tools.

Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
