About This Role

Join Our Team as a Teacher!

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to lead our teaching team and provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Creative Curriculum, managing the classroom, and communicating with parents and staff.



What You'll Do

The Teacher will be responsible for leading the teaching team by example, modeling and coaching to promote success.

He/She will create engaging and age-appropriate activities to encourage social, emotional and cognitive growth, while maintaining a safe and healthy classroom environment.

The Teacher will communicate effectively with parents and ensure frequent updates.

He/She will ensure the center's policies and state regulations are met.

The Teacher will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and forms, and developing a personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement.



Requirements

Ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.

High energy.

A strong understanding of child development.

Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.

Must clear full background check and must pass health screening.

Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Minimum of 2 years of professional child care experience but willing to train the right candidate.

CDA or Equivalent preferred.

Creative Curriculum Training.
