Lead Teacher - ECE

We are looking for a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team! This role involves designing and delivering engaging activities for young children, working Monday to Friday 7:15am-4:00pm.

• Assist with planning, meal times, and breaks across different areas as needed.
• Teach preschool-aged children through interactive and developmentally suitable activities.
• Establish a fun and secure learning environment.
• Develop and implement schedules and routines to ensure adequate rest, playtime, and physical activity.
• Foster positive relationships with students and their families.
• Maintain the health and safety of all students.
• Comfortable working with children from infancy to 4 years old, this role is ideal for those who enjoy working with young children and want to contribute to their growth and development. We have a supportive staff and wonderful families. The hourly pay rate is determined by education and experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in childcare, teaching, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Passionate about working with children.
• Ability to build rapport with children.
• Positive and patient demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or related fields preferred but not required

• Associate's Degree preferred but not required.
