What You'll Do

Your Day-to-Day Impact

  • Assist in creating a safe, structured, and positive learning environment that inspires children to learn and grow.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, children, and team members to build strong relationships and support their needs.
  • Carry out daily lesson plans, leveraging your creativity and passion to make learning fun and engaging.
  • Utilize technology to document and deliver child progress reports, helping parents stay informed and connected to their child's journey.
  • Embody empathy and understanding, recognizing the unique needs and emotions of each child and their family.
  • Set clear expectations and present a positive role model for children, helping them develop essential life skills and values.
  • Be open to growth and development, demonstrating a willingness to learn and take on new challenges as you progress in your career.


Requirements

  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Flexible and adaptable in challenging situations
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
  • Commitment to professional growth
  • 2 year experience in a licensed childcare center
