Compensation: $67,000-$82,000Junior Systems Administrator / Tier 2 Support TechnicianJob SummaryThe Junior Systems Administrator / Tier 2 Support Technician provides hands-on technical support and system administration for enterprise Windows and Red Hat environments in regulated, mission-critical settings. This role supports federal, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and private-sector organizations by administering Active Directory, managing endpoint deployments, enforcing security controls, and resolving Tier 2/3 incidents.
