Responsibilities
- Evaluate diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and complete clinical documentation according to policy.
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week.
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Provide exceptional service and collaborate with a dynamic team to meet community needs.
- Coordinate care with case managers, families, medical personnel, school staff, and other team members.
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and required training sessions.
Required:

Education: Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution (on track for licensure) OR a valid, full mental health license in the state of Tennessee.

Clinical Documentation: Proven experience creating treatment plans and timely case notes.

Communication & Boundaries: Strong verbal/written communication and the ability to maintain healthy boundaries with clients.

Diversity & Tech: Comfort working with diverse populations and proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (Valant experience is a plus).
- Experience working with children, adolescents, teens, adults, couples, families, trauma, or substance abuse.
- Knowledge of community resources, insurance billing, and therapy service models.
- For fully licensed clinicians: Existing credentialing with major insurance panels.
