Environmental Graphics Installation Technician

You start your morning by reviewing blueprints, sketches, and specifications, mapping out the sequence of each install. The truck is loaded with well‑maintained hand and power tools, hardware, and materials. By mid‑morning, you’re setting interior wayfinding or exterior building signage with precision, then switching gears to hang a banner or apply vehicle graphics with the same care and attention to detail. Throughout the day, you coordinate with teammates and touch base with clients to keep timelines on track, uphold safety practices, and ensure the finished product looks exactly as envisioned. If a service call comes in, you troubleshoot a repair on existing signage and leave equipment organized and ready for tomorrow.

• Install a wide range of signage: interior and exterior displays, banners, and vehicle graphics.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and detailed specifications to plan and execute installs.
• Deliver work that meets high quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with crew members and communicate with clients to complete projects on schedule.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing signs when needed.
• Keep tools, equipment, and vehicles in dependable working order.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service; resolve questions and concerns effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in sign installation is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience in signage installation or a closely related trade.
• Sharp attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship.
• Comfort working independently as well as within a team.
• Familiarity with the hand and power tools commonly used for sign installs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
