$150-180k Base Salary
10% annual bonus // Full benefits package

POSITION OVERVIEW – The Strategic Sourcing Manager leads regional sourcing strategy and execution across MEP, CSA, and Site Indirects, ensuring predictable project delivery and strong commercial outcomes. The role translates global category direction into regional sourcing strategies, supplier frameworks, and subcontracting models aligned with local market conditions and project requirements. It drives Regional Master Framework Agreements (MFAs), supplier performance, and centralized procurement to strengthen competitiveness, supply reliability, and execution consistency across projects. As the regional counterpart to Global Category Management, the role ensures two-way alignment between global strategy and regional execution while leveraging regional market insights to shape enterprise-wide sourcing approaches.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define and execute regional sourcing strategies across MEP, CSA, and Site Indirects, aligned with global category direction and regional market conditions.
  • Lead the development and implementation of Regional Master Framework Agreements to drive commercial leverage, standardization, and efficient project execution.
  • Own and develop the regional supplier and subcontractor ecosystem, ensuring capability, capacity, and performance align with project and installation requirements.
  • Lead regional Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), driving governance, performance, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable and compliant delivery.
  • Lead and build the Regional Strategic Sourcing function, developing team capability over time while ensuring sourcing strategies enable predictable project execution, risk mitigation, and competitive commercial outcomes.
  • Monitor regional market dynamics, supplier capacity, and commercial trends to inform sourcing decisions and mitigate risk.
  • Use procurement tools and analytics to manage performance and support data-driven decisions.
  • Support business acquisition by providing market insights, pricing benchmarks, and supplier strategies during early engagement.
  • Advance standardization and scalable sourcing approaches to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Strengthen governance and reporting to improve transparency and decision-making across the region.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • 12+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing in project-driven industries (EPC, construction, industrial).
  • Experience working on major capital projects
  • Strong leadership experience across MEP, CSA, Site Indirects, or installation services.
  • Deep understanding of construction execution, supplier markets, and commercial models.
  • Proven success in developing sourcing strategies, negotiating MFAs, and delivering measurable value.
  • Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
  • Industry experience: EPC, construction, ATS, data centers, etc preferred
  • Strategic and execution-focused leadership
