Busser

Position Description: The busser position is critical to the success of the company and plays an integral role in executing an extraordinary guest experience.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Sets, maintains, and clears tables promptly and efficiently.
• Restocks service stations, polishes and restocks flatware and plateware.
• Delivers dishes to guests promptly and efficiently using their proper name upon delivery.
• Assist with the expedition of food when a chef or manager is not in the window.
• Assist in building and maintaining a team-oriented workplace by bringing a positive, consistent work ethic and participation level to each shift.
