Patient Enrollment Specialist's Main ObjectiveOverall, the Patient Enrollment Specialist is responsible for maintaining all activities related to patient contact for new and current clinical trial participants.
- Connect patients to new treatment opportunities in our clinical trials
- Manage inbound patient, client, and other stakeholder calls with professionalism and care
- Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Learn about different studies, diseases, medicines, and patient needs so you can support informed and compassionate conversations
- Collaborate closely with clinical teams and leaders to solve problems and improve outcomes
- Required: 1+ year of professional experience in a customer-facing or administrative role (relevant internship, volunteer, or extracurricular experience counts!)
- Required: A polished, people-oriented communication style
- Preferred: Experience with high-volume inbound calls
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in public health, biology, or a related field
- Preferred: Experience in administration, healthcare, sales, or customer service
- Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

- Job type: Full-time, 40+ hours
- Location: On-site in New Orleans, LA
- Compensation: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
