Scheduling/Central Supply/Medical Record Responsibilities:
Maintains accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Schedules patient appointments and procedures, coordinating with healthcare providers and staff members
Manages inventory of medical supplies, ordering and restocking as needed
Processes and tracks medical records requests, ensuring timely delivery to authorized parties
Assists with data entry, filing, and recordkeeping tasks as needed
Collaborates with healthcare providers and staff members to address scheduling and supply issues
Scheduling/Central Supply/Medical Record Requirements:
1 year of experience in a health care setting, preferably in a scheduling, central supply, or medical records role
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in electronic medical records and scheduling systems
