About the Role:
As a Part-Time Activity Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Assisting with the planning and implementation of resident activities, including games, arts and crafts, and outdoor events
Encouraging resident participation and socialization through engagement and interaction
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for activities and events
Building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff members
Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our residents
