Freight moves consistently through dedicated shipping corridors, helping reduce downtime between loads. Most freight is no-touch, allowing drivers to stay focused on the road instead of handling cargo. Dispatch works to keep loads scheduled efficiently, creating dependable weekly mileage opportunities.Life on the RoadThe fleet operates on a 12-day schedule followed by a full 48-hour reset every other weekend. Familiar regional lanes allow drivers to become comfortable with recurring routes, customer locations, and major freight corridors. This consistency helps create a smoother work routine while supporting reliable home time and balanced weekly schedules.Equipment Drivers ReceiveDrivers are assigned 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors equipped with automatic transmissions. Trucks include APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and TV and microwave mounts for added comfort during longer trips. Preventive maintenance is performed on a scheduled basis to keep equipment reliable and minimize unnecessary downtime.Compensation & BenefitsDrivers average $1,350–$1,500 per week depending on experience and miles. Detention pay is available for qualifying delays. After 6 months, drivers become eligible for medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and participation in a 401(k) retirement plan. Weekly direct deposit provides dependable pay on a consistent schedule.Support Beyond the Driver SeatApproved riders and pets are welcome after program approval. Drivers may take assigned equipment home during resets where safe parking is available or utilize approved parking locations.
