Visiting Wellness is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Licensed Professional Counselors (LMHC / LCSW / LPC) to provide teletherapy services to patients throughout Nebraska.
This is a remote opportunity offering flexible scheduling and the ability to provide meaningful behavioral health services from the comfort of your home.
About the RoleAs a Teletherapy Mental Health Clinician with Visiting Wellness, you will provide evidence-based behavioral health services through secure virtual sessions.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments via telehealth
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Providing individual and family therapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness-based interventions, and solution-focused therapy
Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Collaborating with families, social workers, healthcare providers, and other members of the care team
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, including evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes
Maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with all applicable ethical, legal, and telehealth requirements
Participating in training, supervision, and professional development as required
Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution
Active Nebraska LMHC, LCSW, or LPC license in good standing — required
Experience providing direct therapy services preferred
Strong clinical assessment, treatment-planning, and communication skills
Ability to establish rapport and effectively engage patients through telehealth
Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload
Minimum of 2 years of direct clinical therapy experience preferred
Reliable internet connection and appropriate private workspace for telehealth sessions
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Per Diem
