Entry-level team members typically earn $42,000–$55,000 in their first year, while experienced or licensed professionals may earn $65,000+, with top performers exceeding that through commissions and bonuses.
- Meet new business production sales goals and cross-selling existing customers
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads referral sources.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- A Property Casualty insurance license is preferred. Willing to train. Licensing assistance available.
- Health and Life License a plus
- Successful sales background.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
