Barista

Frogg Coffee Bar & Creperie in Allen, TX is looking for an experienced food and beverage Staff member to join our team. We are located on 832 Watters Creek Blvd. Our ideal candidate is personable, self-starter, punctual, and engaged, with a willingness to learn and help in every area of the Café.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers regularly and professionally and with great care
• Take orders and operate the resister
• Prepare specialty coffee and other drinks in accordance with Fogg Guide lines
• Help prepare crepes in the crepe station
• Run Drinks and Food to customers
• Clean and maintain the dinning room and patio
• Follow health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Experience working in a Café or Restaurant
• Proven working experience as a barista (Preferred, but not required will train right person)
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen, take direction and communicate effectively
• Solution focused and able to multi task under pressure
• Able to Lift up to 50lbs.
• A genuine enjoyment of taking care of others and being part of a team
