What You’ll Do

As the Head Cook/BOH (Back of House) Manager, you’ll be at the helm of our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing and managing all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. - Leading and inspiring the BOH team to deliver high-quality dishes consistently. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. - Managing inventory, food prep, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. - Collaborating with the team to refine and execute our menu offerings.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a culinary leader who brings skill, organization, and creativity to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for: - 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in kitchen management. - A deep understanding of food preparation, kitchen workflows, and food safety standards. - Excellent leadership and communication skills to foster a positive and productive team environment. - A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional food.
