We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy/Retail Supervisor to lead daily pharmacy operations in a hospital setting. Local candidates are preferred for potential full-time conversion.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD (PharmD preferred)
PGY1 Residency preferred
Minimum 3 years of pharmacist experience
Hospital pharmacy experience required
Supervisory experience overseeing pharmacy technicians
Current unrestricted Pharmacist license (Arizona license preferred)
BLS Certification required
No disciplinary history
Must pass a background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
Supervise daily pharmacy operations and pharmacy staff
Ensure regulatory compliance and quality patient care
Oversee inventory, purchasing, and medication dispensing
Lead process improvement and quality initiatives
Collaborate with hospital leadership and clinical teams
