Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Sort for our client. This position is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by tracking, organizing, and routing parts through various stages of production.

What’s a Typical Day Like?
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documentation.
- Track and document parts as they move through production processes, including cutting, machining, welding, and final assembly.
- Verify part quantities, identification, and production status throughout manufacturing.
- Organize materials and prioritize work according to production schedules.
- Ensure components are routed to the correct departments for processing.
- Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
- Inspect parts for identification, damage, or discrepancies before moving to the next operation.
- Communicate with production personnel to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.
- Maintain organized work areas and properly stage materials for the next production process.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Assist other production departments as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting, measuring, and verifying production quantities.
- Ability to accurately track and document materials throughout the manufacturing process.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, kneel, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to safely handle materials and production components.
- Manufacturing and production facility.
- Frequent interaction with cutting, machining, welding, fabrication, and assembly departments.
- Exposure to moving machinery, industrial equipment, and moderate to loud noise.
- Required use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear.
- Team-oriented environment focused on quality, organization, and production efficiency.
