Bittersweet is seeking a Part-Time employee to work Second Shift, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, as a Direct Support Professional. A wonderful career path for those interested in nursing, health care, social work/ social services, education, direct care, home health, and those with a desire to help others.

Pay: $16.50 hourly

• + $1.50 hourly added shift differential for 2nd shift (Mon - Thurs)
• + $2.50 hourly added shift differential for 2nd shift (Fri - Sun)

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide person-centered supports, which require flexibility, creativity, and commitment
• Work in partnership with participants
• Document service delivery accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner
• Promote communication, choice, independence, socialization, and empowerment for the participants

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess and use empathy in all actions and interactions
• Effectively work in teams with co-workers and participants
• Ability to express patience in difficult situations
• Exceptional and adaptable oral communication
• High School Diploma / GED
• Valid Driver's License with eligibility to be insured
