We offer:Competitive weekly payPaid time offFree and low-cost Health Insurance options, dental and vision insurance401k plan, with a generous match of up to 4%Weekly overtime opportunities!Responsibilities: Field customer calls relating to roll-off, front-load, residential, rotator, data destruction, and other services offeredTake escalated phone calls and/or emails when necessaryHave the necessary writing skills to answer municipalities and other customers via emailProvide accurate service and pricing information to customer inquiries and salesProvide a high level of customer support for information requests, troubleshooting service issues and coordinate efforts with the CS department, dispatch and salesParticipate in the planning and improvement of the departments processesQualifications: 3-5 years of customer service experience preferredExperience using various computer programs e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, calendars, etc.Ability to think critically and problem-solve with creative solutionProven experience with high level writing skills and experience with working with municipalities is preferredOutstanding interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers and staffAbility to prioritize, multitask, be detail-oriented and efficientExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbout Pellitteri Waste Systems, Inc.:Pellitteri Waste Systems, Inc. provides commercial and residential waste recovery systems, as well as at the customer site confidential document destruction.
