Sushi Chef/Cook

We are looking for an experienced chef who loves to work hard in a fast-paced and dynamic chef-driven restaurant environment - with a focus on local and high quality.Full and Part Time hours available.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar and kitchen area.Prepare sushi, sashimi, nigiri, rolls, and other dishes with precision and attention to detail.Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests when appropriate.RequirementsCooking experience within a high-paced kitchen.Willing to train the right candidate. Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and food safety standards.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred RequirementsProven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within a high-paced kitchen.
