Head of Security

At PABLO, our Head of Security is responsible for keeping the environment safe, organized, and welcoming for both guests and employees.

We’re looking for a strong leader who can manage a security team, make good decisions under pressure, and handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. This role is about prevention, awareness, and leadership, not looking for confrontation.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage the security and door team during service

Assign positions and responsibilities to security staff before each shift

Oversee ID checks, entry procedures, lines, and guest flow

Monitor the restaurant, bar, VIP areas, entrances, and surrounding areas

Identify potential issues early and step in before they become bigger problems

Handle guest incidents calmly, professionally, and consistently

Coordinate with PABLO managers when guests need to be removed or situations require additional attention

Make sure security policies and procedures are followed throughout the night

Document incidents and communicate important information to management

Help train and develop security team members

Maintain a safe environment while still protecting the guest experience

What You Bring:

Previous security, nightlife, or door experience

Leadership experience and the ability to manage a team

Strong judgment and situational awareness

Confidence without unnecessary confrontation

Clear and professional communication

The ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure

Reliability and a team-first attitude

Late-night and weekend availability
