The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking team-oriented individuals to support our after-school programs across the Glen Allen/West End Region.Position: School Age Child Care Program Assistant Locations: Crestview Elementary, Echo Lake Elementary, Maybeury Elementary, Shady Grove Family YMCA, Springfield Park Elementary and the Tuckahoe Family YMCASchedule: Monday-Friday | 2:00pm-6:15pmSalary Range: $13-$14 per hourYour Role on the Team:Partner with program staff to keep activities running smoothly and on scheduleAssist with group management, transitions, and daily routinesSet up and clean up activity spaces, snacks, and materialsOffer encouragement and support to children as they participate in games and projectsHelp maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all participantsWhat Makes You a Great Fit:Friendly, dependable, and eager to contributeComfortable working in a team and taking directionInterest in gaining experience with youth programsAt least 16 years old.
