Laundry Aide

Total Rehab at Moorestown is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Aide to join our Environmental Services team. The Laundry Aide plays a key role in ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for our residents and staff by performing laundry services in accordance with facility standards and infection control policies.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and personal clothing

• Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment

• Ensure proper labeling and return of personal items to residents

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry room

• Follow all safety and infection control protocols

• Report any equipment malfunctions or shortages to supervisor

• Assist with inventory of laundry supplies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Prior experience in a healthcare laundry setting a plus

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout shift (up to 40 lbs)

• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work independently

• Must be able to work the 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
