Linus Cadillac Buick GMC is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Body Shop Estimator to join one of the top-rated automotive repair teams on the Treasure Coast. Responsibilities:
- Appraise Damage: Inspect vehicle structural, mechanical, and cosmetic damage to write accurate, high profitable digital repair plans using CCC one software.
- Manage Insurance Claims: Coordinate smoothly with insurance partners via Direct Repair Programs (DRP) to secure fast repair authorizations.
- Guide Customers: Act as the primary point of contact for vehicle drop-offs, provide clear updates throughout the workflow, and lead the final vehicle delivery.
- Evaluate Smart Tech: Identify and accurately budget for ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) safety calibrations and OE repair procedures.
- Collaborate With Techs: Work closely with our body shop technicians and parts managers during initial tear-downs to minimize supplements and keep cycles tight.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator preferred.
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus.
- I-CAR Certification is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians.
