Diamond Cleaning SWFL LLC is seeking a Cleaner to help maintain a high standard of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in Fort Myers, FL.

Position Summary

As a Cleaner, you will perform cleaning and upkeep tasks to ensure residential and/or commercial spaces are fresh, orderly, and well maintained. You will follow established cleaning standards, complete assigned duties efficiently, and maintain a professional, service-focused attitude.

This is a full-time onsite role where reliability, attention to detail, and consistency are essential to delivering exceptional results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize designated areas according to established procedures and quality standards

• Perform duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and surface disinfection

• Maintain organization and cleanliness by ensuring supplies and equipment are used properly and stored appropriately

• Communicate with supervisors as needed regarding task status, supplies, or any issues that affect service quality

• Provide respectful, professional service while working in client environments

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work onsite in Fort Myers, FL on a full-time basis

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures consistently

• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic

• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving during shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings

• Experience working independently while maintaining consistent quality standards

• Familiarity with basic cleaning and sanitation practices

• Strong customer service skills and a respectful communication style
