CDR ProSource is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Lathe Operator to join a manufacturing team in Three Rivers, MI. This is a full-time position focused on operating CNC lathe machines and performing quality checks.

Job Details

  • Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC lathe machines to produce parts according to specifications.
  • Load raw materials and unload finished parts.
  • Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production schedules.
  • Monitor machines for quality and efficiency.
  • Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Perform minor machine adjustments as needed.
  • Report equipment or quality issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow safety and quality procedures.

Requirements
  • Previous CNC lathe or machining experience preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and job instructions.
  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs. when needed.
  • High school diploma or GED.
