Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of professional facial and skin care treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to recommend appropriate services and products
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences that encourage client retention and membership enrollment
- Perform waxing services including facial and body waxing
- Educate clients on proper at-home skincare routines and retail product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and fully stocked treatment room in compliance with state regulations
- Collaborate with spa team members to ensure a seamless and welcoming client experience
- Valid Florida Esthetician license required
- Prior experience in a spa, salon, or medical esthetics setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of skin care techniques, facial treatments, and waxing services
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build lasting client relationships and drive membership sales
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
