Job Description
HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Family Nurse Practitioner for an established outpatient women’s health practice in Brooklyn, New York. This opportunity is ideal for an FNP with experience or a strong interest in gynecology, reproductive health, prenatal care, and preventive medicine. The provider will serve a high-volume patient population while delivering culturally responsive, evidence-based care in collaboration with physicians and specialists.
Position Highlights
- Annual base salary of $150,000–$190,000

Responsibilities
- Perform annual gynecological and comprehensive physical examinations
- Provide cervical cancer screening, Pap testing, HPV testing, and breast-health screening
- Diagnose and manage common gynecological and primary care conditions
- Provide prenatal and postpartum care within the provider’s scope of practice
- Screen for postpartum depression, domestic violence, and behavioral health concerns
- Provide STI screening, treatment, counseling, and preventive education
- Educate patients regarding HPV vaccination, contraception, reproductive health, and disease prevention
- Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with primary care physicians, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, psychologists, and gynecologic oncologists
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking patients and their families
Qualifications
- Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese required
- Women’s health, OB/GYN, prenatal, or outpatient primary care experience preferred
- Comfortable performing gynecological examinations and preventive screenings
- Able to work efficiently within a high-volume outpatient environment
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-education skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive and patient-centered care
Compensation
- Base salary: $150,000–$190,000 annually
- Final compensation determined by relevant experience, women’s health expertise, language proficiency, and agreed schedule
