Our client in Broomall is seeking a Customer Service Representative!
Job Details for Customer Service Representative:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Pay rate: $19-$20/HR
- Health benefits after 30 days
- Paid weekly - every Friday!

Job Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:
- Manage incoming/outgoing calls from law firms, medical facilities, courthouses
- Obtain legal/medical records requested by clients and providing status updates
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and mail
Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
- Minimum of 2 years call center experience preferred
- Must have experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Data entry skills and the ability to multi-task
