Position Summary
Pizza Bear is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Pizza Maker to join our
kitchen team. This role is responsible for preparing and executing our sourdough
pizza program with consistency, speed, and care.
Responsibilities
 Stretch, top, and fire sourdough pizzas to spec
 Manage dough handling, fermentation awareness, and daily prep
 Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station
 Execute service consistently during high-volume shifts
 Assist with prep including sauces, toppings, and dough production
 Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
 Work collaboratively with BOH and FOH teams
Qualifications
 Experience in pizza, bread, or line cooking 1 -2 years preferred
 Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
 Ability to stay organized and work efficiently under pressure
 Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
 Interest in fermentation and quality ingredients is a plus
