What does a Peer Mentor do?Peer Mentors are integral members of the Transitions staff and have direct and consistent contact with students. Peer Mentors are responsible for fostering individual and community development while promoting students' academic, career, and personal growth. Peer Mentors serve as positive role models and provide guidance, support, and encouragement to help students develop the skills necessary for success in the Transitions program and beyond.
