Kleeman Transport is actively hiring CDL A drivers for consistent local freight and dependable routes based out of Jacksonville, Carlinville IL. A competitive sign-on bonus may be available for the right candidate.

About the Role
Kleeman Transport is hiring CDL A drivers for local and short-haul routes. This position focuses on consistent freight while allowing drivers to return home regularly based on route assignments.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a Class A tractor trailer safely.
• Transport freight on local routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain DOT compliance and logs.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid CDL A license.
• Driving record that meets DOT standards.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
• Strong safety mindset.
• Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including operating a commercial vehicle and handling physical job duties throughout the duration of the shift.

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000 – $100,000 earning potential.
