Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to patients and residents in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to nursing staff

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review processes

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

• Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of North Carolina

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in rehabilitation or long-term care

• Strong leadership and supervision skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
